Our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes can positively or negatively affect our biological functioning. What we do with our physical body also impact our mental state (again positively or negatively). Understanding this interconnection allow us to build a practice that isn't just about doing, but about serving us, building a healthier, stronger, happier version of ourselves.

This workshop will cover some basic principles of body mechanics and the reasons behind the alignements you are being taught, offer insights on how our nervous system works, as well as exploring breathing exercices, mindfulness and meditation techniques to turn our physical training into a meaningful practice that promotes freedom and balance. Your practice is about what we do or don't do; it is also, and mainly, about how we do it!
